Payments and cancellation policy

Obedience courses – the course is always paid in advance by bank transfer. Due to the demanding nature of preparation, cancellations are always handled individually.

Individual lessons – paid in advance by bank transfer; a lesson can be cancelled no later than 72 hours before the scheduled date.

Psychotherapy – paid in advance by bank transfer; a session can be cancelled no later than 72 hours before the scheduled date.
