1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) of ISCA z. s., with its registered office at U Michelského mlýna 11521/31, Praha 4, identification number: 08909261, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, under file number L 73082 (hereinafter the “Seller”) govern, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter the “Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter the “Purchase Contract”) concluded between the Seller and another natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Buyer”) through the Seller’s online shop. The online shop is operated by the Seller on a website located at the internet address https://www.hodnypes.cz/shop/ (hereinafter the “Website”), via the interface of the Website (hereinafter the “Web Interface of the Shop”).

1.2. The Terms and Conditions do not apply to cases where the person intending to purchase goods from the Seller is a legal entity or a person acting when ordering goods within the scope of their business activities or within the scope of their independent exercise of a profession.

1.3. Provisions deviating from the Terms and Conditions may be agreed in the Purchase Contract. Deviating provisions in the Purchase Contract take precedence over the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

1.4. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Purchase Contract. The Purchase Contract and the Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the Czech language. The Purchase Contract may be concluded in the Czech language.

1.5. The Seller may amend or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions. This provision does not affect the rights and obligations arising during the period of effectiveness of the previous wording of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Ordering Without a User Account

2.1. The Buyer may order goods without registration directly from the Web Interface of the Shop.

2.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer is obliged to provide all data correctly and truthfully. The data provided when ordering goods is considered correct by the Seller.
