Obedience courses - the course is always paid in advance on account. Due to the complexity of their preparation, cancellations are always handled individually.
Individual lessons - paid in advance on account, lesson can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the date of the lesson.
Psychotherapy - paid in advance on account, session can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the date of the session.
